Mushrooms were great, thank you

However due to the courier being days late with our order, sadly i was not able to use the mushrooms for the 1st function. This was very disappointing, had to change my menu, which not ideal and not impressed with the courier regarding getting ahold of them, when they said they would deliver and the notification of then delivery arrived. They notified me 3hrs after delivery, as i not on the premises (i prep in a kitchen away from the club) this was very inconvienent.
