The reason why you haven’t received your flour yet is because we temporarily ran out, due to the busy time and the slowness of the ports, we didn’t have sufficient overlap in stock. This is always a problem. That comes from overseas, and often worse at this time of the year. It normally takes 5 to 7 days to receive an order as it says at the top of the website. You placed your order Just prior to New Year's Eve, unfortunately we have had lots of problems sending stock over this time due to the long holiday periods when couriers and businesses are on holiday or are not working.
The flour has now arrived and you should receive it by the end of the week.
If that is not satisfactory, we are quite happy to credit your purchase.
