It appears that the customer is reviewing the delivery and not the product as it states it has not been tried.
.....fair ? when the website explicitly says deliveries take 5-9 days, any special delivery requirements to be stated upon ordering so we can adjust instructions.
I know other print on the website is not always read, so any customers reading this review please make sure you are clear about time periods, places to leave orders or any other instructions that will affect your order. We do the best we can.
But I would take the opportunity to thank the reviewer as we want to know, and I'm sorry they didn't get to you in time.

Having just returned from Italy a couple of months ago I can safely say that of the three brands of cannoli we've had in the last 6 to 8 months they are as I found them in Italy. Obviously we're only importing Italian products but I haven't come across any thinner versions yet. I'm sorry to hear a few were crushed, it's hard work getting them around the country. We take a lot of care to bubble wrap them, but it never ceases to amaze me how couriers can so easily damage products that you think would be Well protected.
In the meantime, I have refunded you the shipping, it's a little bit difficult to do a partial refund but this amounts to close on half a packet.
