Burrata, in a 125g ball submerged in brine, is a delectable Italian cheese known for its creamy interior and delicate flavour, making it an exquisite addition to salads, pastas, and appetisers.

This Italian cow's milk cheese is made from mozzarella and cream. It has a solid outer shell made from mozzarella and inside is a soft creamy stracciatella and cream. Slice it open and the thickened cream flows out and is best eaten within 24 hrs of opening the tub. This is great on everything from salads, pasta, pizza, eaten with bread or Proscuitto crudo.

Note: this product is frozen and shipped overnight with a chill pack. Best to be bought in the Auckland area to get it to you quickly. Brands may vary from picture due to availability.
