Finally got a chance to make up some Cannoli filling, and the wait was worth the effort. Made two types - pistachio and chocolate chip. I will definitely be a returning customer for this product. Delivery guy might have been a bit stunned when he looked inside our lounge room....plastic sheets on the wall and floor - I heard a slight hesitation when he looked in the door.....LOL
