Caputo Blue 00 Doppio Zero Pizza Flour is the ideal choice for achieving the perfect gluten content in your pizza dough. Sourced from the finest ingredients, this 5kg bag is a must-have for any pizza connoisseur looking to create the perfect pizza dough. 

This flour has a protein content of 12.5% Bread making index of W: 260/280, see spec sheet attached

Sometimes we may replace a 5kg bag with 5 x 1 kg bags if we are out of stock of the 5kg version, sometimes these can be the 1kg red Caputo specialist Pizza flour. If you would rather we didn't please let us know when ordering by sending us a message.
